Ingredients
- 6 cloves Garlic
- ¾ Cup Mayonnaise
- 5 Anchovies
- 6 Tb Parmesan
- 1 Tb Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 4 cups croutons (or less)
Preparation
Mix all but lettuce and croutons together thoroughly, then add to lettuce, add croutons, and serve topped with addition shaved Parmesan and Anchovies.
