Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic
- ¾ Cup mayonnaise
- 5 anchovies
- 6 Tb parmesan
- 1 Tb lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
- ¼ Cup olive oil
Mix above thoroughly, add to:
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 4 cups croutons (I use less)
Serve topped with additional shaved parmesan and anchovies
